We see private paying clients, and NDIS Self-Managed and Plan-Managed participants. We are unable to see NDIA agency managed particpants.

Medicare rebates are available under Chronic Disease Management Plan with a valid GP referral or Helping Children with Autism program with a valid paediatrician or psychiatrist referral.

Our services are billed pro rata at the hourly rate $193.99

Assessments and Reports

The time required for assessments and reports varies depending on the type and complexity. The cost of each assessment and report will be discussed with you before proceeding. An NDIS Progress Report typically requires 2–2.5 hours to complete.

Therapy

Therapy sessions are billed for 60 minutes. This includes 45 minutes of face-to-face therapy and 15 minutes for required documentation.

Non-Face-to-Face Support
This may include, but is not limited to:

• Phone calls or emails

• Resource development

• Liaison and case conferencing with other providers

• Care team meetings

• Plan review meetings

Travel

Up to 30 minutes (each way) within MMM 1-3 locations. Billed in line with NDIS guidelines.

Cancellations
We require a minimum of 48 hours (2 business days) notice for cancellations. Cancellations made with less notice will incur 100% of the consultation fee. Where possible, this time will be used to update team members, develop resources, or provide additional support.

 

Fee Reviews
Fees are reviewed annually. We reserve the right to update the fee schedule at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes in advance and in writing.
